Nearly lost a stone ✨☺️
These pictures are about 5 months apart! I didn't notice that much of a difference apart from my clothes were starting to fit me again 😂 but looking at these photos I really see it!
I'm going to keep going and hopefully get back to my Ideal weight!
Although in my before picture I am bigger I was 11stone 4 lbs.. I was classes as over weight for my height of 5'4, that was huge shock.
