I’m 12 weeks 4 days and the gas is driving me insane. I’m always burping and I always feel like I have a tight feeling in my chest like air backing up into my throat. I just feel really bloated. Anyone else experiencing this? What did you do to settle it some? Food? Drinks? Etc.
