maybe the last week and a half ive been noticing that my LO(who will be 2 months on the 21st)is starting to smile at me. she’ll look at me and smile and coo and “have a conversation with me.”

I want to believe its because she is starting to recognize me visually as her mama(i know she can smell me and hear me and know im her mom. im more so thinking of visual recognition). Im really the person she sees the most since im staying home with her all day every day and her daddy works(and when he’s home he doesnt really hold her or care for her in the same way i do).

ANYWAYS- what im asking is can it really be that she’s starting to recognize me? everytime i dr. google visual recognition in babies, they say its anywhere between 3-6 months for visual recognition and getting that true baby smile.
