My ex won’t leave me alone

So I had a 4 years on and off relationship with my ex and I officially called it quits back in October of 2018 (yes you read it right) when I found out that the last time he went MIA on me was to be with some other girl and he was cheating on me with and cheating her with me (just plain fucking mess). I didn’t hear from or spoke to him again until End of February of 2019 but which time I was in a relationship ( not that is matter) I informed him not to contact because I have moved on, didn’t hear from him again until April literally the same my relationship ended (due to racism) I was so heart broken I agreed to let him comfort me but made it very clear that I don’t want to in a relationship with him again he again but leave that same day he tried to kiss me so I said forget definitely stay away, I can’t be friends with you because all you want is to fuck and be a bullshit ass relationship and I am not going there with you again and he left me alone until Summer of last year. He tried begging me to take him back I said no, then he came back in December I again told him no and that I am a relationship so again don’t contact, he would then leave me alone for about a week or two before blowing up my phone with his bullshit, he loves and doesn’t want to see me with anyone else just like the last relationship this is going to last and I am going to come running back to him (never ran back to him EVER) he isn’t going to give up on me 😒 and blah blah blah. I hang up the phone and when ever he calls my sisters would answer, I blocked his number, he just makes new numbers and call from that but my sisters would still answer then he tell me he recorded us having sex and if I don’t talk to him he is going to leak them on the internet. I told him go head so I can sue his ass his was suddenly joking.

After I blocked the him on what’s app

He started calling me from a blocked number ( normally I would answer a private number but due to Covid my lawyer is working from him and calls me on a private number) therefore I answered. It got so bad that once I got out the bathroom to 34 miss calls from him and then another 110 the next morning and a text message

I told him if he ever calls my phone again I am calling the police cause he is harassing and that only worked for about a month cause guess who called my phone again today him wanting to get “ice cream” and work on bring friends. I honestly don’t know what to do cause I can’t change my phone number and I apparently don’t have enough evidence for a restraining order nor do I know his current address. Should I just agree to meeting him and just bring my boyfriend with me.

I don’t know why men want to stalk me cause I am not a nice person and when I have no feeling for you I can be very brutal with my words 

Ps: not the first ex to stalk me last one ended up in jail

30 more miss calling this morning

I asked my friends dad who is a cop how to stop this from happening and was told that the police can’t do anything about a person being annoying and only if he has physical hurt me or if he threatened me and making me unsafe

I saw that most of you suggested change my number but I can’t change my number due to legal issues
