Confused

So ladies for a girl who usually a regular on time 28day cycle the last 2 periods have been all over the shop. Last month my period came 2 days late so I took a test on day 1 of it being late and it was negative then on day 3 of being late it came but was soon gone a couple of days later. My period just gone was 2 days early and was very sticky blood. Now my stomach is extremely swollen. Opinions or advice?
