Does anyone else struggle with tinnitus? I have it really bad in my left ear and it’s driving me nuts! I have had it in both ears since November but the left ear is getting really bad. Any tips to cope with it?

I have tinnitus really bad too, but mine is caused from my hearing loss. Have you ever had a hearing test before just to make sure you still have all of it? I never learned how to get rid of it, just learned to ignore it when its happening.
