Is it true that if you do not take the last row and start a new pack your period won’t come at all? 
Please answer!

In theory, yes.
But it doesn’t always work for everyone.
I tried it for a few months and still always had spotting even if I skipped the placebo pills.

It can work but it most the time don't lol some still end up with spotting or full on period anyways

As Samantha said; In theory, yes. 
Years ago I skipped placebo pills and would just get brown discharge around the time of my period but eventually that stopped. I’m on bc again and even when I take my placebo pills now, I don’t get a period. I guess it just depends on your body and how it wants to react

Yea!! My gyno recommended to me that I skip the sugar pills and go straight into the new pack.
