7 DPO/IUI 18.1 Progesterone Level meaning

Hello all! I am queen of impatience! It is my biggest downfall. I am 8 dpo and 8 dp our IUI. My dr. had me do bloodwork on 7dpo for progesterone and they came back at 18.1! The last time we did clomid with iui my levels were at 8.0 and I didn’t get pregnant. Well, they’ve doubled this cycle and I have to wait until Sunday to take a pregnancy test, but I just got my bloodwork for progesterone back this morning, and was wondering if this looks promising? Sorry for such a long post! This journey has been a long roller coaster ride, and I am ready to get off of it!
