Should I change my OBGYN?

Valeriya • PCOS.... miscarried 1 pregnancy and momma to a baby boy 💙

I have pcos and my period is literally every 3 months. So I have a chance 4 times a year to get pregnant if my periods remain within that timeframe. Three months ago I had a miscarriage and I read that woman who has pcos sometimes have too much testosterone that can cause a miscarriage. I wanted my doctor to check my hormone levels to see if that was a reason for my miscarriage which I was still having when I saw her. She said she doesn’t check the hormone levels until 2nd of 3rd miscarriage which is BS.... my thinking is why wait for 2 or 3 heartbreaks and not just check the first time especially since I’ve been diagnosed with pcos. As of today my husband and I have been trying for 9 and a half months. I asked her to put me on something to help me ovulate and she said wait for a whole year and then we will run tests 🤦‍♀️ my friend got clomid after 6 months of trying and she doesn’t have any problems. I’m leaning towards getting a different doctor. Am I just overreacting or being impatient or should I schedule an appointment with someone else?
