Ex BF sent me flowers

My ex BF dumped me last year (right before my birthday) and now he sent me flowers for my birthday (not roses) with a note wishing me a happy birthday. He is in another relationship and I am certain he does not want to rekindle anything. But he knows I had a hard time with the breakup and I have cut off all contact to heal. WTF? Why would he do this? I don’t think I’ll respond. What do you think?
