About a week ago my toddler fell face-first onto a PlayStation 4 controller and she had some swelling and bruising that went down within the same day. By the next day she had a tiny mark on her forehead fast forward to today.

I see her frowning and I see there's a weird indentation / dimple on her forehead. It's only when she frowns that it shows up. I immediately called the nurse line and they told me that it's normal to massage it and it's fine as long as it's not super deep or she's acting strange which it's not super deep and she's not acting strange.

Of course I'm still concerned have any of you moms ever I had anything like this happen ?
