My daughter was born a year ago and it was a traumatic experience for me as I did it all naturally which was not what I had planned. Anyway after she was finally out the nurse asked me if I wanted to see my placenta. I cringed and said no thanks haha. But now thinking back maybe I should have taken a peek. I mean it was the organ that kept my baby alive and well for 9 months 🤷‍♀️
