Being up front with a girl

So I believe I’m Bi curious because I can see myself in a relationship with anyone but I seem to definitely be more attracted to women(but am also still attracted to others).

But, I’ve never dated anyone before so I still have a doubt in my mind if I’m really Bi or not because I’m the type of person if I’ve gone through something or have tested something out then I know for sure how to go about it. Of course I feel like this isn’t something I can still apply that to.

So, when I’m possibly talking to a girl do I tell her up front my feelings so she knows(if I’m still feeling that way that is) so she can tell me what she’s comfortable with or not comfortable with?

I’m not talking to or am interested in anyone right now but am asking just for the future.
