Uterine Polyps abnormal uterine bleeding

I had a miscarriage (4 weeks) late May and I had a follow up with my doctor, they did a vaginal ultrasound and found I had polyps on my uterus and very thick lining this is why I keep have miscarriage's they also found my prolactin levels went up again so I was put on medication for prolactin and for my polyps to see if they go down if not I will need surgery. The reason I'm writing this is because my period came and I've been on it for 14 days. I called my doctor and he put me on depo provera and today I woke up with pain in my ovaries also I noticed I get very tired even walking a little. I try doing a little bit of cleaning but i have to pause i feel weak.

Anyone going through the same or knows of someone. I've looked through glow to see if anyone has had polyps and thick uterine lining.
