Low HCG levels for 5 weeks

I went into the OB/GYN office to get bloodwork done today. I’m especially worried since I didn’t produce enough hormone my last pregnancy that ended in a missed miscarriage at 15w. I had 3 positive hpt and a faint positive at a care clinic to confirm pregnancy. Today the doctor had a negative urine test but still took my blood and I find out tomorrow where my levels are. My pee was also very diluted. So I got prescribed progesterone 200mg and took two more hpt with my diluted urine after the appointment. Has this happened to anyone else?
