Should I throw the towel in???!

Question

Clomid... fail... IUIs... failed.... IVF 1st cycle.... failed.... feeling very defeated here. All my hubby and I want is a baby.... is that too hard to ask for?!?! Should we try 1 more cycle or move on to donor eggs????? It’s makes me so angry that I did not freeze my eggs years ago... and now May need to resort and pay lots of money for a younger girls eggs.... 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

I’m sorry. I’ve been there and have finally accepted that if I do not use donor eggs it will never happen. It still might not happen with donor eggs, but at least there’s a chance. A difficult decision and different for everyone.

I’m so with you!!! I’m supposed to do first cycle of ivf but I don’t see the point.  It rarely works after first cycle. Ivehad failed iui’s too. I feel exactly like you.  And I have age behind me too which is a problem. We have been trying 7 years.  It’s hard!!!

I’d rather have a baby from donor eggs than no baby at all. But that’s just me.

Tough decision ! Very difficult which only you and your partner can take. We all have a different opinions about a donor egg, some would prefer adoption. 
I would suggest ( although I appreciate is easier said than done). Take your time before you make a decision. When I ask too many people or receive too many opinions, I feel overwhelmed and almost always it messes up my head . You both need to make this decision so talk about it ( a lot), have a mini break.  Go somewhere to clear your head from the pressure.
