He’s only 8 weeks but I don’t know what else this would be?

My son has the exact same thing! We think he could be teething. On top right he has a little white hard spot 🤷🏻‍♀️. He’s extremely extremely fussy and will not sleep today, and has been fussy the past few days. He won’t do naps, only wants to be on us. Thankfully we’re still getting our usual 5 hour stretch at night then every three hours lol. What symptoms does your little one have? Mines also been more drooly.

Could be. But also could be an Epstein pearl. Usually the bottom teeth are the first to come in.
