Pineapple?

Question

I’m 8weeks pregnant. On some apps and online it says not to say pineapple since it can soften cervix and can cause a miscarriage, but on other pages it says it’s safe to eat.  The same with grapes 
Have y’all been eating pineapples and grapes?
Pineapples are my favorite and I’ve been craving some so much here lately.

I heard that ppl try eating pineapple to induce labor but it’s a fail because apparently you’d have to eat so many of them including core specifically that it’s not really possible.

They're fine to eat. But if you've been throwing up a lot I would definitely try and avoid grapes because they are the most disgusting and awful thing to have to throw up when pregnant lol. You'll thank me later I swear

You’d have to eat numerous entire pineapples (core included) to get enough of the enzyme in fresh pineapple to risk anything. Papaya on the other hand should be avoided in early pregnancy.

Fruits just have to be ripe (pineapple, papaya ) I wouldn’t recommend eating the core in pregnancy . And grapes are fine too  don’t eat fruits precut from the market that is probably the biggest concern
