Anyone else get these white dots on their legs?!

My skin has got lighter in between my big toe and second toe on both feet - also, on both of my big toes, the skin on the side is noticeably lighter. I went to my dermatologist last week as I freaked out thinking its vitiligo, but the doc said its not and that it can be my hormones. His diagnosis didn't sit well with me, so I have another dermatologist visit scheduled for tommorow to get a 2nd opinion. Trying to be positive, but just have a bad feeling about these skin changes and I've veen extremely worried.

I get them, sometimes with orange and purple sploges. They are not new for me I have always had them come and go. I think it’s something to do with my circulation but unsure.

I think it’s from blood pooling in your legs.

Not sure if it's thesame, but I seem to have something similar on my foot.
Since they've been really swollen I assumed it was caused by fluid buildup?
