Have anyone passed a blood clot days after delivery. I had my daughter 7/15 at 8pm. I just passed a big clot. I came home yesterday. While I was in the hospital I was pumping but nothing was really coming out. When I got home my pump still haven’t arrived so I’ve been unable to pump but I’ve noticed that I’ve been cramping way more than when I was in the hospital. I only cramped/contracted after pumping. Should I go to the hospital? Bleeding is light not heavy and I’ve been sitting up all day if that matters.
