So this is my first baby and I’ve had ongoing back problems for weeks so I’m constantly in pain. So I’m finding it difficult to know what is the back pain and what is a contraction. I’m 37+3.

I’ve been losing bits of my plug, quite a large amount this morning.

Keep having tightening pains at the front sort of across my pelvis and ‘down there’. They’re not really painful. They’re not really close together and don’t last more than around 10 seconds but have quite a few today. Doesn’t feel like kicks, and I keep having waves of nerves and ‘butterflies’.

Could this be it?
