Should I try Castrol oil?

I'm 37 weeks with my third child and I wanna do the Castrol oil to induce labor 😩 but I don't know if it really works 🙃!! Thanks in advance!!

Absolutely not.
Castor oil is not safe and can kill your baby.
You’re only 37 weeks, baby obviously isn’t ready yet.

I'm never sure if these are troll posts, but it is dangerous. It's not recommended for several reasons. Your obgyn can you give info on why it's not recommended.
I understand pregnancy can be difficult (had my son over a week 'late) but babies don't really have a set date. As long as everything is looking healthy and typical they come on their time.

First of all, it doesn't work and baby can have a bowel movement inside your stomach. 
At 37 weeks your babies lungs might not even be developed yet. I had to be induced at 37 weeks because of cholestasis and our baby spent 13 days in the nicu for her lungs. 
It is absolutely not worth it. Baby is not ready.

The only reason they say castor oil works is because it gives you Diarrhea so bad it makes you dehydrated, witch is what starts off the contractions. It’s just not healthy to put yourself and baby threw that just to get them here a little sooner! So no I wouldn’t try castor oil.

I did not mean to hit yes! Do NOT take Castrol Oil! My OB has personally seen 5 babies end up in the NICU on ventilators due to this. Please please try other safe options.

I know 2 people who did it. One baby had to stay in the NICU and BARELY survived. The other did in utero from it. 
Dont be selfish. Your baby isnt even fully grown yet.

I did it and it didn’t work! I had the worst stomach pain and  the runs for days. Do not do it. 
Plus if you do go into labor you will probably poop all over the place when pushing 😂

I did it and it worked my last 2 pregnancies they went smoothly no one died..i didn't tear,no epidural, pushed them out 10-30 minutes and both times babies were over 8lbs...one pregnancy baby was 39w second 38w I was already over 3cm dilated and 80% effaced each time💜
