this cycle is just weird

so my husband and i had a baby 7 months ago and started ttc again. this month is the first month i have used opks and not gotten a positive reading at all... i’m also spotting now which is weird bc my period isnt due for another 8 days. my cycles have been pretty consistent in the past. i’m just so confused this month! could it just be stress or something?
