Trying to naturally induce/dilate

I had a membrane sweep (or so i think, since I didnt last long and told her to stop 🤦🏽‍♀️) on thursday and I did loose some mucus plug with tinge of blood on Friday... but nothing else... anyone have any suggestions to cause dilation
