Preterm labor
Okay July 16th I went into preterm labor... I was having contractions 1-2 minutes apart.... I went into the hospital and the told me I was 1cm almost 2cm dilated so they gave me 2 steroid shots to help develop babies lungs incase he is born early.. they kept me for 2 nights an got my contractions to slow way way down so hopefully baby stays in for a couple more weeks🤞🏼 but what can I do to prevent myself from going into preterm labor?
