Help someone. A couple days ago I showered and put on a V neck shirt. After I shower at night, I put perfume on my chest. I had ran out of my last bottle, so I started using a new one. The day after, I started itching and I ignored it because I’m always itchy. That night when I was going to shower again, I saw that I broke out into this (picture below). I freaked out after I saw these. I can’t figure out what they are. I noticed that my perfume probably caused this because for some reason I decided to spray some on my forearm and smear it on my other forearm and wait to see how my skin reacted. I started getting hives but not like what’s on my chest, maybe it’s because I sprayed excessively? Has anyone gone through this? It’s been around 3-4 days and I’m honestly so stressed because I’m scared to scratch. I’ve never had this happen before. Ignore the white things, it’s cream to stop the itching. Thank you! I really appreciate your help 😭

Btw, it is spreading. It was only between my breasts and now it’s spreading up to my neck.
