Anyone know what this means?

I’m wondering why over on the right where it says age one says 31+6 another is 32+6 then 32+1 and the. 29+6. 
Any idea?

Not every single part of baby measures the same. It's the age that that part of the baby is measuring. It's normal for some of them to be off and them being that close doesn't indicate a problem.

biparietal diameter (BPD)
head circumference (HC), 
abdominal circumference (AC), and femur length (FL). If you look at the numbers that is the percentages where baby is measuring. Looks like baby overall is in 50.5 percentile.
