CD 10 positive OPK! Had fertility acupuncture and supercharged my ovaries!!

I've had regular acupuncture for fertility, and it was ok. It seemed to regulate my cycle and PMS somewhat, but I just recently had it done by a new doctor and she also used electricity on the needles at the ovaries to help stimulate movement, as I may be near ovulation, the jury is still out, but all signs say yes.

I felt invigorated, excited, had extra EWCM this cycle, and was told (TMI maybe) from my SO there was residual twitching when we BD'd, and that I should go have it done again. He also told me to mark this day in the calendar, so fingers crossed he knows more than I do.

My cycle must be balancing itself out, after having a 30 day cycle last month. My RE wants me to get BW tomorrow to confirm O, as CD10 is pretty early for me.

I'm to start IVF Estrogen priming one week after positive opk. If I did get pregnant this cycle, wouldn't the estrogen priming affect progesterone or implantation?
