Is this what gingivitis looks like ?

I’m 12 weeks pregnant and my gums started looking like this two days ago. I got the special toothpaste, mouthwash, I floss my teeth, and I started taking extra vitamin C as well. Any other tips ?

Idk it just looks like buildup, not gingivitis. I would go get a cleaning and the dentist can advise you.
