HELP PLEASE!!!

I was supposed to ovulate sometime this week, it says I’ll ovulate Thursday but I have gooey-clear discharge over the weekend but I’m not sure if it was discharge or just left over sperm coming out 🤨 I’ve been super crampy today and last night and it hurts to push to poop.. what does this mean????
