Anemia?

I feel as though I’m having severe anemia symptoms but my doctor is just telling me to get Covid tested. 
I’m experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, eyesight blackouts, face numbness and tingling when standing and severe fatigue all the time. 
If you suffered from anemia during pregnancy what were your symptoms?

I’ve had Anemia with each Pregnancy,
being Anemic is definitely hard on your Body Pregnant.
This is my 4th Child (I am almost 32 weeks)
 and I have Antepartum anemia,with these same symptoms above 😩
I was Recommended to get Iron Infusions ,but with my current Symptoms and the fact that I have a over build up of Iron in my System already,and other Blood Tests are High ,I’m unsure if Iron Infusions would be safe .
If anyone has any input,recommendations,experience I’d truly appreciate it.

I have it now , butmy dr said I should feel tired all the time but I don’t feel anything .
