Nervous

I know I’m early but my app tells me from my Last period I should be a day shy of 6 weeks... I did a transvaginal scan today and she said I’m only measuring 5weeks and 3 days there was no yolk and no fetal pole just an empty sac ... I’ve had two miscarriages and a blighted ovum and now I’m beyond nervous because she was not reassuring to say the least ... she wants me to come back in a week to make sure I’m progressing she stated I should have been measuring further according to my lmp and been able see the you at least ... idk ladies what’s you opinion ...
