Uti symptoms

I just took an at home test since to get an actual uti test lately I need a covid test I wanted to see if it was worth it. I’m one week past period so i shouldn’t be cramping like I am. I took a test and it wasn’t positive for nitrates but it was leokoylates (sp) which means there blood in my urine. I don’t think my dr usually prescribe anything for that. I wasn’t sure how reliable those test are?

I really don’t feel well.
