How is this much love even possible?

We found out I was pregnant yesterday (Well played, quarantine). Like many of you, we are guarding the news better than a State Secret. Not even our parents know yet. This will be our first child and the first grandchild on my side, the second on my husband’s.

Baby H is the size of a poppy seed, or a tomato seed, depending on what site you look it up on. I don’t have poppies, but I definitely have tomatoes, so I pulled out a seed and took a picture.

Y’all that baby is TINY. And yet, looking at that tomato seed made everything feel even more real than those two pink lines. 💕 I am completely overcome with more love than I’d ever known was possible. Love for this child, love for my husband, love for the Lord, and love for my own body. ITS GROWING. A FREAKING. HUMAN. I AM. A FREAKING. MOMMA. 😭 I did not know I could feel this much love, but I know it will only grow as time passes, and on the day when we finally welcome baby H into our arms.
