I have really high AMH levels and when I was TTC my daughter, I wasn’t really ovulating on my own and my cycles were long and irregular. I conceived her on my 4th round of Femara. Now we are TTC baby #2. I’ve been taking Myo inositol, which has really regulated my cycles (35-38 day cycles instead of 100+ days). I’m getting very positive OPKs now too. However, we’re still trying several months in. 🙁
