A week behind?

Question

I got a "6 week" scan yesterday to make sure baby isn't ectopic. (Hcg has been weird) and it isn't but they said I'm measuring 5 weeks instead of 6. I track my cycle religiously. My last "period" was a miscarriage AND I ovulated a week late. But the 6 weeks estimate was factoring that in. Has anyone had this happen where they just felt theres no way they could be a week behind but it turned out ok?

Yess!! Did they give you a photo. My first was to check for ectopic at 5w6d and they told me It wasnt viable bc it was measuring 3 week sac that's it. Nothing but a tiny black hole. 
I went in again at 8 weeks and she was a week ahead measuring at 9 weeks. I went in again at 12 weeks and she was messing a few days ahead. The first few trips for me were exhausting bc i tracked religiously.  But finally at 16 weeks I was told she was right on time. I got back in 1 weeks for my 20 week visit and hoping she is still on track.

I was 6 days behind now currently 13 weeks tomorrow x
