Ladies, help me out here!! What are your wake times for an "almost" 7 month old? My baby girl (7 months on Aug 5) is sleep trained and was taking two longer naps followed by a 3rd cat nap these past few weeks. But these past few days have been a REAL STRUGGLE with first two naps. She would go down pretty easy for naps (isn't fighting them) but will wake up in 30 mins and cry for the remaining time till I rescue her when previously she was able to extend the first two naps. She has already cut her front bottom two teeth so that doesn't seem to be the issue. Her wake times are 2.25 hrs for Nap 1 and 2.5 hours for Naps 2 and 3. I should mention her night sleep is just fine and hasn't changed.

Does she need a longer wake time or is this a sign to transition to 2 naps instead of 3 (note that she isn't fighting her 3rd nap yet).
