💩 I need help I finally decided to take this step forward there isn't 401k at my job and I've been there for 5 years, I feel like I'm wasting time and i should have this figured out but I'm so confused on what and how to do it, and yes I could go and look all dumb and ask "the professionals" but I feel like some people in companies just want to take advantage of the people that don't know. So I guess it's a personal account but Traditional or Roth? Any one with some wisdom and experience? 😭 that could point me in the right direction
