Help! Prenatals that are easy to swallow?

I feel like I’ve tried so many brands and they’re all huge. I switched to a gummy for a while but now the flavor is making me nauseas.
Please let me know if you have any recommendations!

Ask your doctor if you can take ones without iron & if so One A Day makes a gummy that isn't super flavored & easy to get down!

I have to take bigger pills with whole milk. Something about whole milk that makes them go down easier for me. I also tried to take them with a meal to help settle my stomach

Unfortunately most prenatal s are larger. Try only taking 1 at a time instead of both. I personally like the gummies from Walmart 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have to take mine at night though too because I get a little nauseous.
