How bad was/is your back pain?!

I’m only 20 weeks, and my lower back hurts so bad like all the time. 
This is my first pregnancy..... I feel like a wimp🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m currently 22w3d and I’ve have terrible back pain since probably 18 weeks I was smaller side before I got pregnant and always had back pain but it’s been so much worse I’ve had to talk to my obgyn and she recommend going to a muscle doctor because there are nights it’s so unbearable I take 10 minutes getting out of bed and walking to the bathroom when it only took a minute in my first trimester but I’m always using a heating pad and occasionally Tylenol if it’s extreme pain definitely talk to your doctor

I never got back pain related to pregnancy. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It just gets worse lol. It’s horrible. A pregnancy pillow did help mine tho
