Favorite dinner recipes?

Can be quick and easy or time consuming and difficult I really don’t care I’m just getting bored of the same dinners we always seem to make and want to try new things if anyone has anything they’d like to share! 🤗

i love cooking so i’m excited to share these! one of our absolute favorites that i make once a week is Pineapple poblano beef tacos - it’s taco meat with poblano peppers cooked in with it and fresh salsa on top.
the meat is seasoned ground beef and diced poblano peppers
the salsa is:
diced red onion
chopped tomato
chopped pineapple
cilantro
lime juice & salt
serve on soft tortilla shells! 😁
and one of our favorites that’s suuuuper quick & easy is sausage & broccoli pesto pasta. 
ingredients:
italian sausage
orecchiette pasta
broccoli in bite sized pieces
pesto
shredded parmesan cheese
remove the sausage from their casings & cook chopping up
(cook pasta) 
steam broccoli in frying pan with some water then turn up heat and cook until broccoli browns. season with lots of salt and pepper! 
add cooked sausage and broccoli to pot with finished pasta. stir in pesto and parmesan cheese. voilà! easy dinner and soooo good. 😊

This week's meals are some of our normals. But doesnt mean they are for you. Doing terriaki chicken and white rice. I cut the chicken up and throw it in a marinate while kido is sleeping. We also have plans for homemade Salisbury steaks and mash potatoes we also have plans for chicken broccoli casserole and homemade French dips. We always do nachos or finger food dinners on Fridays.

Our easy meals are:
italian sausage pepper and onion subs (veggies and protein in a roll lol)
Taco salad (however you like it, but really the only cooked stuff is the meat)
Salad dressing chicken with couscous and steamed veggies
Spaghetti(or pasta) and veggie turkey meat sauce
None of these are fancy, but they are all quick and easy to make, so ideal for surviving baby days lol

I just made ham and green beans sautéed in coconut oil ad some onion, garlic and a splash of soy sauce 
This week’s menu has bbq pulled pork sandwiches, pot roast and walking tacos on it

We love making different flatbreads. I use the Stonefire brand ones. I've even used leftovers for them like chicken or leftover veggies and stuff. My son loves them because he feels like he is eating pizza.
