Any tips for a nail biting 3 year old? He’s started doing it during our quiet time when he’s in his room for an hour in the middle of the day but doesn’t do it any other time. I know he’s bored, sometimes a little anxious about being in his room alone (lights are on he has books, trucks and other toys) but mama needs that break and I have a 3 month old (possibly also contributing to my oldest man anxiety/nail biting) that I need to take care of so I’m exhausted and need this hour 😂😂
