Are your LO’s showing signs for being potty trained? If they are, or have been already potty trained, what gender are they? My son is starting to understand his bodily functions but can in no way control them or tell us when he is about to go.

I have a daughter that I’m about to start potty training within the month. She’s recognizing when she has to poop, she has peed on her potty once, she hated having her diaper on is constantly tugging on it even if it’s fresh and there’s no diaper rash or anything. 
So fingers crossed she’ll be potty trained soon

I have a potty chair and sit my son on it sometimes on the weekends when I am home with him. But he really just likes taking the toilet paper out of the cabinet and stacking it. And playing in the sink. I think he would go all day in a poopy diaper if I would let him. He doesn’t seem to care.

We potty trained at 16 months.Our boy is daytime diaper free! The first two days were not about him controlling his bodily functions and more about showing him where he needs to put his poop and pee. He started showing control, for the most part, a few days after that. He needed lost of prompting, reminder and we had to keep a close eye out for his signals. But those few intense days have been so worth it.

I potty trained my little girl at 19 months. She’s 23 months now and initiates every trip to the potty.

I didn’t ‘see signs’ but i potty trained her back in April at 20 months old. It was hard for a few days and then no big deal. I’m very glad we did it.

Oh, no where near. I have three boys and they say boys potty train later than girls do. 
My guy has some developmental delays and suspected autism. He is nonverbal and doesn't understand much at all of what I say. And he doesn't care if his diaper is wet or dirty yet. I don't think he will be ready until he's 3. 
My other son wasn't ready until three and he doesn't have any delays to speak of. I tried at 18 months because I was six months pregnant and didn't want two in diapers. Then I tried again at two and he still wasn't ready. I don't think I tried again until he was three, but he took to it really well and was fully day trained within a couple of months. 
I would have liked my September baby to be out of diapers by now because I have a 5 week old as well. But I didn't even have to attempt potty training to know he just isn't anywhere near ready. The only time I've even sat him on the potty has been the numerous times he's started pooping in the bathtub.

Every time my son pees in his diaper he takes it off and throws it away so I figured if he know how to do all that, he will learn how to use the potty 
 We been sitting him on his potty for about 30mins after he drinks his water but still nothing as soon as we put the diaper back on he pees 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
