Is this bump normal?

I have had my helix piercing for 2 weeks and it’s starting to hurt less. However, it is still swollen and sort of red. I now see that it grew a bump. Is this normal or can it be an infection?

Mine looked like that when it had a small infection. Especially sleeping on it. Just rinse it off when taking a shower and with antibacterial soap. Just doesn’t use the earring cleaner stuff that they give you. It actually dries out your piercings, and that’s coming from a tattoo artist who did 4 of my piercings.

It’s a bit infected clean couples times a day and don’t touch at all it will go away in a few days.
