37 weeks - Start of Labor Contractions? Help 😫

My first pregnancy I was induced and the contractions came in fast and HARD. Full blown pain.

Now I’m pregnant again and have no idea what a “natural” early labor contraction would feel like if you may say 😫

My vagina is constantly hurting like very sharp jabs, my hips and lower back have been hurting on and off, and now my upper thighs feel super sore and in pain all at the same time . Could this mean anything? Is this early contractions? Please share you experience with early labor symptoms

No mucus plug, no bloody show, no water breaking for me as of now. But I know most women don’t get any of that as a symptom. Thank you!
