Bumps on 4 month old?

Can anyone tell me what these bumps on my 4 month old are from? They’re only on his belly

Just from heat and sweat.. my baby had it at 8weeks but was gone in couple days as we realized quick it’s prickly heat n pediatrician confirmed it as weather got hotter in May-June. I don’t like to use any chemical/medicine on my baby unless mandatory! keep him in cotton or linen clothing n Change 3-4times a day atleast. Also do shower every day or every other day.. it’s not required to use soap all days just use clean luke warm water, he might love it! Don’t use any heavy moisturizers for now, occasionally I use babyganics moisture but most days I use edible sweet almond oil for massage or as moisturizer (makes his skin so glowy ❤️) or few drops of sesame oil if I want to keep him in sun. 
Long short - airy cotton clothes, bath, light moisturizing depending on skin dryness, ample fresh breeze! Do share if it worked..

Looks like a little bit of heat rash. Just wipe his skin clean and keep him cool. You can put a little bit of hydrocortisone cream, but no other lotions.￼
