So this is a little controversial I suppose

My husbands employer like most right now has preached getting tested if you feel unwell or have been exposed to covid 19. Sounds great that they encourage that right???

What they are not telling employees (and other businesses I've heard do this)

If you are tested for covid19 whether you test positive or negative you are REQUIRED to take a 2week quarentine. Most companies are making that unpaid or are taking all pto and then any amount of time not covered is unpaid.

This really seems to enforce dishonesty from employees

What are your opinions?

Should they allow people. Ack to work if they test negative or still make them quarentine ?
