Anyone else's baby have breath holding spells?
When my sweet girl gets hurt or really upset she breathes out during a cry and can't catch her breath right away. Her lips and face will start turning blue and purple. It also scary. The only thing I can do is console her by rubbing her back and blow into her face until she's able to take a breath. She cant control it l, it's a reflex.
