Any advice if you have any ?
I’m currently 16 I’m not severely overweight but I do have a little bit of fat I would like to loose and tone up does anyone know how often I should workout a week and what workouts to do (I’m a beginner so I’m not very familiar with this) and any diet tips as well as I’m trying my best to maintain a balanced diet
