Pineapple core Ivf/transfer
Hi it’s about 9:30 am I’m starving my transfer is at 1 pm. Do I eat pineapple core before the transfer or after? When I do eat it on empty stomache can I eat regular food after? And why is French fries good to eat after isn’t that starch and sticky? I would think it’s bad. Please help ASAP
